Group treatment
The vast majority of people think that group therapy feels scary "I'm not much for groups" or "that group therapy thing is not my thing". Doing group therapy is not only effective but an amazing experience. The root of the problem is often trauma around abandonment and exclusion. In a group, you get to meet other people who you can identify with and get support from even outside of group time. The energy and intimacy created in the group will help you find balance and security.
In the group, everyone gets the opportunity to talk at each group event. Between the group sessions, you work on homework assignments that are reported as a group. The tasks are process-oriented and aim to effectively help you stay focused between group sessions and move you forward in your treatment. Lectures on current themes are also held.
The group is three hours long once a week.
