Trauma treatment

Immersion group

For the vast majority of people with compulsive sexual, relational behaviors and substance addiction, there are underlying causes that can put you at risk of relapse or hold you back in recovery.

 

In the primary group we approach these, but in the in-depth group there is the opportunity for trauma processing in depth.

 

Healthy relationships and sexuality are also something you get to work with in the primary group, but with which there is an opportunity to work in more depth here. 

​

The group alternates with gestalt therapy, schema therapy and theory and is led alternately by Johan Novak and Agnes Novak

​

The group addresses you who have previously undergone therapy and now want to deepen your understanding and process the underlying causes. 

​

Individual trauma therapy
